DESIGNATION COURSE POLICY

Exam Access Key:

  • A unique numerical exam access key is assigned to each student and is found on the sleeve of the CD.

  • The exam may not be taken until at least two days after receipt of the materials.

Online Exam Policy:

  • Log on to www.GHSDesignation.com

  • Click on "Take Exam" and follow the prompts.

  • The Final exam is open-book and consists of 30 multiple choice questions to be completed within 30 minutes with a minimum passing grade of 70%

  • The exam is graded online. Unanswered questions are marked as wrong.

  • If you do not pass, one re-take is available at no additional charge within one year of initial registration.
    (The re-take key is the initial key with the number "2" appended to the end.)

  • There is no refund for failure to achieve a passing grade.

  • The exam is not downloadable or printable in compliance with internet security requirements.

Course Policy:

  • You are required to study the comprehensive course materials including the book "Generational Housing: Myth or Mastery" and the accompanying Power Point tutorial.

  • You will be asked to Accept the Course Policy and Certify that you have completed the required study.

  • Your Certificate of Completion will be displayed on your computer screen upon successful completion of the exam and can be printed on any connected printer.

  • Your Certificate will also be available for five (5) years from date of exam by going to www.GHSDesignation.com  and clicking on Print Certificate.

Qualifying Education Credit:

  • The Generational Housing Specialist™ Designation is conferred upon the person who completes the comprehensive materials and passes a final exam.
